Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager I to lead medium-to-large, enterprise projects and strategic initiatives. You will partner across functions to drive alignment, governance, and delivery excellence, shaping PMO practices and ensuring successful outcomes.

The role offers influence over decision‑making, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and opportunities to optimize cross‑functional delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex, cross‑functional or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large, complex projects or multiple concurrent initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Define and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards aligned to organizational goals.
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and interdependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; provide executive‑level communication and reporting.
• Influence decision‑making and alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other functions.
• Ensure project performance tracking through KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices.
• Support go‑to‑market execution, including launch readiness, cross‑functional coordination, and post‑launch optimization (as applicable).
