Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure quality, scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate collaborates with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to translate requirements into concrete plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive delivery excellence for secure identity verification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, implementation, or professional services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer implementations and professional services engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of client implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze client requirements and translate business needs into implementation plans and specifications.
• Communicate objectives, milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly and manage them.
• Escalate risks and delivery challenges and drive resolution.
• Represent the team during pre-sales, BAU activities, and customer support initiatives.
