Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Insurance Implementation Specialist to guide carriers through API integrations and insurance workflows. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realization of LexisNexis data products.

In this customer-facing role, you will oversee technical requirements, manage risks, and lead workshops while enabling connectivity and configuration of product systems. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

P&C insurance knowledge across underwriting, rating or workflows.
Experience with B2B API integrations and client engagement.
Knowledge of JSON, SFTP, APIs or related integration technologies.

Responsibilities

Consult with carriers to facilitate data-driven integrations and adoption of LexisNexis risk data solutions.
Lead system-to-system API integrations to support insurance processes and decisions.
Manage technical requirements, risks, and on-time project delivery.
Own day-to-day client interactions, remove blockers, and balance priorities.
Lead pre-implementation workshops and explain data formats and connectivity setup.
Monitor results and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Train customers through workshops for technical and business audiences.
