Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud focused on construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will guide customers from workflow assessment to adoption, delivering training and configuring workflows to meet organizational goals across plan, design, build, and operate stages.

You will support North American accounts, collaborating with product and sales teams, and traveling up to 50% to client sites and events.

Qualifications

5+ years in the AEC industry with direct GC/Trade experience.
Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle and digital transformation.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of SaaS adoption best practices and adult learning.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations and recommend best practices.
Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures.
Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and wider adoption.
Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and expansion opportunities.
Stay current on Forma capabilities and industry best practices.
