Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud focused on Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors in North America. You will lead implementations, define new workflows, configure technology, deliver training, and support adoption across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycles.

You will partner with Autodesk product and sales teams, share field feedback, and stay aligned with the roadmap while traveling up to 50% to support customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle: plan, design, build, operate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build or related Autodesk solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting.
• Assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud.
• Configure workflows, permissions, and data structures for customers.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and expansion.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and industry best practices.
• Share insights with Autodesk product teams to influence direction.
