Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant for Forma Industry Cloud focused on Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end implementations, train users, and guide customers through adopting Forma solutions across planning, design, build, and operate lifecycle.

You will assess existing workflows, configure workflows, and support organizational transformation while collaborating with Autodesk teams to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with GC/Trade Contractors focus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, recommending Forma solutions.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures per customer requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders including design teams and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and share feedback with Autodesk product teams.
