Job summary

ETFB is seeking an Impact Partner Manager to lead the Partner Team and oversee relationships with community partners across a multi-county service area. You will supervise Partner Specialists and a Partner Coordinator, ensuring compliance and strategic growth through agency development and training.

The role focuses on collaboration with partners, data-driven improvement, and strengthening food distribution in high-need areas. Candidates should bring leadership and nonprofit experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive work experience in the non-profit industry.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Degree in a social science field preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Supervise team, ensuring compliance with ETFB, Feeding America, and TDA requirements.
• Maintain primary contact role with TDA for audits.
• Ensure annual monitoring of community partners for program compliance.
• Provide training and support to partner agencies.
• Educate partner staff and volunteers on client civil rights requirements.
• Organize and plan the Annual Partner Conference.
• Align team goals with ETFB’s strategic plan and growth objectives.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments of distribution sites.
