Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA seeks a Partner Engagement Lead to recruit and engage high-value partners, coordinating events and programs that drive mutual benefit and impact. This role blends relationship-building with strategic programming to transform initiatives through principled entrepreneurship and cross-functional collaboration.

You will design onboarding, run referrals, and craft 12–24 month plans while ensuring partners contribute meaningfully and lead conversations, not just attend.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running high-touch relationship programs, donors or LPs.
• Ability to design group experiences where peer dynamics create value.
• Track record of aligning programs with organizational mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Build Community: design onboarding and recruitment for a select group of partners.
• Drive Partner Engagement: match partner expertise to initiatives and tailor engagements.
• Create real feedback loops and peer-to-peer events like salons and working groups.
• Structure engagements for busy leaders, and develop 12–24 month plans with accountability.
