Job summary

The St. Louis Area Foodbank is seeking a Programs Services Manager to strengthen the partner network across Missouri and Illinois, lead the Partner Relationship Coordinators and Community Data Coordinator, and expand resources for neighbors in need.

You will guide capacity-building initiatives, oversee Service Insights implementation, and collaborate across departments to meet community needs with data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit administration, public health, social work, business, community development, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Experience with program development, project management, and relationship management.
• Experience with community-based organizations or human services programs preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout the 26-county service area.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and onboard new partners; ensure partnerships support mission and priorities.
• Develop and maintain partner documentation, training, onboarding, and compliance.
• Lead partner committee; foster collaboration, recognition, and feedback.
• Supervise Partner Relationship Coordinators and Community Data Coordinator; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Use data to understand local resources, capacity, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications on partner communications strategy.
• Identify outcomes and metrics to support program effectiveness and resourcing.
