Job summary

One Acre Fund is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Senior Associate/Manager to advance high-value donor partnerships and lead coordination of grant-funded activities. Role emphasizes field engagement, program fluency and reporting to partners, with a focus on conservation agriculture, women/youth engagement, and smallholder insurance.

You will collaborate with Global Business Development, interact with field teams and farmers, and contribute to scalable impact across our programs while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in international development, strategic partnerships, grant management, consulting, or project management.
• Experience in a public-facing role and managing external stakeholders preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Drive thematic partnerships in the field, partnering with program teams to design and run activities and ensure plans move forward smoothly.
• Own, manage and support key donor relationships; act as main point of contact for funder communications and reporting.
• Handle grant administration including data tracking, invoices, and ensuring grant operations run smoothly.
