Job summary

East Texas Food Bank seeks an Impact Partner Manager to lead the Impact Partner Team, collaborating with community partners across the ETFB service area to address the Meal Gap. You will supervise the Partner Specialists and Partner Coordinator, oversee agency development, compliance, and succession planning, and provide strategic direction to expand partnerships in high-need areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 5 years of progressive work experience in the non-profit sector.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the Impact Partner Team to meet program goals.
• Ensure partner agencies meet annual compliance requirements and provide training.
• Manage agency development, audits, and strategic partnerships in underserved areas.
• Develop metrics and analyze agency data to inform growth.
• Coordinate with other departments and lead annual Partner Conference.
