Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive portfolio sales across high-value accounts in the US. The role requires expert product knowledge, strategic account planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will promote prescription dermatology products and lead initiatives with dermatologists, pharmacies, and health networks, while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering strong performance results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Five or more years of outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
• Previous account management experience.
• Business to business sales experience.
• Prior experience as a Sales generalist.
• Strong track record of performance.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to learn technical and product information for consultative selling.
• Independent, motivated, and urgent in action.
• Ability to differentiate products and grow utilization in key accounts.
• Collaboration with market/patient access and field reimbursement.
• Results-driven with strategic thinking and adaptability.
• Ability to close and manage relationships across audiences.
• Learning agility and resilience in gray spaces.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand strategy and tactics; promote Rx products.
• Execute integrated selling strategies; manage contracting and access.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to drive penetration and growth.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders; use analytics to anticipate needs.
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the area.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives and partner with customers.
• Serve as liaison for Galderma’s speaker bureau.
• Plan and execute field activities in compliance with standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
