Job summary

MedPOINT Management, Inc. is recruiting a Health Plan Contracts Coordinator to support contract negotiations and renewal tracking for managed clients in a hybrid work arrangement.

You will ensure timely renewal notifications, gather critical data from internal and external parties, and maintain negotiation folders and related databases. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and the ability to work from home in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ work experience as a health plan contracts coordinator or familiarity with contracts and managed care.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work from home in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain negotiations calendar.
• Ensure renewal notices are sent to Plans in a timely manner with all pertinent details.
• Obtain accurate information from internal and external parties for negotiation and analysis.
• Maintain databases and folders pertaining to negotiations.
• Complete internal ad hoc contracting requests and research sources for information.
• Collect information to populate documents.
• Schedule meetings, print, and mail documents as needed.
• Support Health Plan Contracting Department duties.
