Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Contract Manager responsible for the overall execution of the contract, overseeing contractor personnel and deliverables to ensure DHA PAe MP mission success. This role applies project management best practices to monitor operations and manage objectives, constraints, and resources.

Responsibilities include directing contractor teams, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, and acting as the main liaison between the contractor team and COR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of full-time contract program management experience overseeing complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor personnel, task execution and deliverables to meet contract objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and project risks.
• Direct day-to-day operations ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Serve as primary liaison between contractor team and government COR.
• Oversee reporting deliverables including MSR, QCP, and onboarding clearances.
