The role requires hands-on contract document experience, knowledge of health insurance products (HMO/PPO), and strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years business experience in health insurance or contracts.
• At least 4 years of contract document experience.
• Knowledge of health insurance and Network Management operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain standard contracts for professional and ancillary networks across our 5-State plans.
• Manage central repository of electronic contracts and ensure timely updates.
• Ensure contracts comply with policy, BCBSA rules, and state/federal requirements.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to align agreements across products.
