Independent Health is seeking a Senior Network Contract Specialist to develop and manage provider contracts, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and coordinate with credentialing and legal teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in legal and/or contracting field required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management skills with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand, interpret and implement provider contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop provider contract agreements and ensure proper language and fee schedules.
• Maintain provider files and ensure contracts/ amendments are current and compliant.
• Support contract negotiations and regulatory adherence processes.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Legal, and other teams for provider implementations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Network Contract Management on cross-functional teams as needed.
• Assist in regulatory responses and audit information requests.
