Job summary

Lifepoint Health, a leading provider network, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Managed Care to translate payer contracts into actionable insights and drive revenue optimization.

You will support contract modeling, reporting, and strategic decision-making across managed care and finance teams. In this hybrid/remote role, you will design and deliver standard and ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and reports using SQL and Power BI, while maintaining contract data accuracy and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience translating payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze patient volume, utilization trends, and contract performance.
• Proficient in building dashboards and reports for managed care.
• Strong collaboration with finance and managed care leaders.

Responsibilities

• Model and financially review hospital, physician, and other contracts using Excel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate financial impact of payer rate changes.
• Translate complex payer contracts and payment methodologies.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and BI tools.
• Maintain contract and payer information for reporting and reconciliation.
• Summarize and abstract contract language affecting reimbursement.
• Support updates to reports, trackers, and contract files.
• Research questions and resolve data discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Assist with contract implementation and operational readiness.
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimize revenue.
