This field-based role supports customers in the Greater Richmond area and surrounding regions, with a focus on transforming technical requirements into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• HVAC service contractor or related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, rooftop work.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account planning and growth for new and existing clients.
• Pipeline and CRM management to hit annual targets.
• Consultative closing and renewals of service agreements.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC service portfolio (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
• Develop and maintain sales territory and account plans.
• Present at customer seminars to grow relationships and opportunities.
• Promote Carrier value mapping to customer needs.
• Manage customer interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Grow new business while expanding share with existing customers.
