Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs and work safely around rooftops and mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning & Growth: develop territory plans and expand relationships to generate high-value opportunities.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: track activities and maintain an accurate forecast to hit annual targets.
• Consultative Closing & Renewals: tailor proposals, secure bookings, and renew service agreements.
• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier Service products and solutions including service agreements and modernizations.
• Develop and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans; present at customer seminars to grow relationships.
