Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely around rooftops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning & Growth: Develop territory plans, expand relationships with new and existing clients, and present at customer seminars to generate high‑value opportunities.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all sales activities, prioritize high‑impact leads, and accurately manage your pipeline within the CRM to consistently hit annual targets.
• Consultative Closing & Renewals: Assess customer buying stages to deliver tailored proposals, secure timely bookings, and negotiate service agreement renewals.
• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products and solutions (service agreements, repairs and modernizations).
