Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs or modernization projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely on rooftops or mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with clients.
• Track sales activities and manage the CRM to hit annual targets.
• Create proposals and secure service agreement renewals.
• Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC service products.
• Present at customer seminars to build relationships.
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities with customers.
