Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow our building automation offerings with mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. You will promote our value proposition, build lasting partnerships, and drive profitable opportunities across a broad construction community.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of sales, including 3 years in HVAC field sales, plus 2+ years selling in building automation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including 3 years of field HVAC sales.
• Two plus years selling in the buildings automation systems industry.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings persuasively to contractors, designers and engineers while achieving target profits.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and partnerships with assigned accounts.
• Develop a network of industry contacts and leverage the sales process to advance opportunities.
• Address customer objectives and position value of Johnson Controls solutions.
