Job summary

EMCOR Mesa in Modesto is seeking an Account Manager to build relationships with clients across vertical markets, driving sales and profitability. You will inform clients about maintenance, repair, replacement, service, and energy efficiency offerings to promote EMCOR Mesa products and services, collaborating with internal teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires prospecting new accounts, presenting proposals, managing pricing and accounts receivable, and ensuring high standards of QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong presentation, sales aptitude, and financial acumen.
• Independent decision making and competitive, high-energy attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and research potential clients.
• Provide clients with product services/information and maintain relationships.
• Develop sales presentations and follow through with each client and opportunity.
• Manage client pricing, payments, and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate QA support and participate in industry/trade shows.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals and pricing models.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and others to maximize opportunities.
