Job summary

Veritiv is seeking an Account Executive in Cold Chain Packaging to target, win and close high-value revenue opportunities across local and regional accounts. You will partner with regional leaders to craft strategies, develop proposals and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes a hunter mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a seamless transition to account management after onboarding. Bachelor's degree preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related business development or sales experience.
• Experience selling to packaging, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Target, acquire and close high value revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to set strategy and sales quotas.
• Develop proposals for key customer decision makers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of local and regional opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal to develop contracts and agreements.
• Support handoff to sales/program management after onboarding.
