Job summary

Deloitte GPS is seeking a Project Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation to work with the Organization, Workforce, & Change team on federal government engagements in the Washington, DC area. You will lead initiatives in cyber talent, workforce planning, and governance, delivering analytics and strategic plans to executives.

The role requires 6+ years in human capital and related fields, plus a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in human capital, workforce transformation, talent management, organizational change, or strategic transformation.
• 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, teams, or direct reports.
• Experience in human resources transformation, human resources operations, and learning, training, or workforce development programs.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, talent forecasting, skills gap analysis, or talent management program implementation.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior human capital expertise to support cyber workforce optimization initiatives for a public sector client.
• Support stand-up and operationalization of the client’s cyber talent initiative, including governance and implementation planning.
• Develop strategies for cyber talent recruiting, assessment, selection, retention, career management, and workforce sustainment.
• Conduct workforce planning, talent forecasting, and skills gap analyses; develop dashboards, analytics, and decision-support materials for senior leaders.
• Coordinate with cyber training, operational, and talent management stakeholders to align workforce development efforts.
• Apply organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation practices to improve cyber workforce readiness and long-term effectiveness.
