Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Director within the GPS HST Technology team to lead engagements across government programs. You will support systems implementation, operations, and maintenance while guiding multiple workstreams and mentoring junior staff.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of consulting or industry experience, with state public assistance domain knowledge and willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with state public assistance systems for eligibility and benefits.
• Experience supporting state clients in eligibility, benefits calculation, issuance, or information management.
• Ability to travel 0-20% on average based on work and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operations across project workstreams.
• Lead or support engagements involving systems implementation and maintenance.
• Produce deliverables and review outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Apply knowledge of client environment and scope to day-to-day execution.
• Mentor junior professionals across tasks and workstreams.
