Job summary

Harris seeks a Human Capital Business Partner to partner with assigned business units, providing strategic HC guidance across talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and development. The role analyzes data, supports onboarding, performance management, compensation, and organizational effectiveness to drive business performance.

You will collaborate with People Leaders, BULs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HC team members to implement HC programs, monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or HR-related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.
• 2+ years partnering with multiple departments in a Human Capital role.
• Experience in employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Ability to coach leaders on compensation, performance, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align HC programs with business goals.
• Analyze ER data, trends, and provide recommended solutions.
• Develop and implement onboarding, performance, and succession plans.
• Partner on acquisition integration, workforce transitions, and talent development.
• Create communication plans for change and policy updates.
