Job summary

Harris Company in the United States seeks a Human Capital Business Partner to advise assigned business units on talent, workforce planning, and employee development across the lifecycle. You will apply data analytics to inform decisions, support engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will collaborate with People Leaders, BULs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HC teams to implement programs, support onboarding, and manage change initiatives across multiple regional locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or HR-related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (PHR/SHRM-CP).
• 2+ years partnering with multiple departments in a Human Capital role.
• Background in employee relations and compliance with labor relations a plus.
• Ability to coach leaders on compensation, performance, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
• Experience developing job descriptions and conducting market analyses.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment with organizational goals and workforce effectiveness.
• Analyze HC data, identify trends, and recommend actions on engagement and performance.
• Guide policies, ensure compliance, and support change management with leaders.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and L&D on talent development and onboarding.
