Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD seeks an experienced HR Manager, People Partners to lead the People Partner function. You will guide HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Consultants, and Onboarding Coordinators, aligning recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention with strategic goals.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness while driving continuous improvement in HR programs and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to HR partners and onboarding staff.
• Set department goals, service standards, and metrics aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead organizational change, workforce planning, and HR projects supporting the agency’s mission.
• Advise organizational leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational change.
