The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and leadership across designated units. The SBP will act as a strategic advisor, coaching leaders, guiding workforce planning, and improving organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include handling complex employee relations, ensuring policy compliance, and driving engagement through on-site rounds and feedback mechanisms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws and employee engagement.
• Minimum 5 years as a HR Business Partner or Sr. Generalist in a corporate or shared services setting.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead complex employee relations matters with policy and legal compliance.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Analyze workforce data to inform business decisions and recommend proactive solutions.
• Drive talent planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
