Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of account or relationship management experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Life & Health Insurance License obtained within 3 months of hire.
• HSAe Certification obtained within 3 months of hire.
• CFC Certification obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employer clients and partners.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for new employer groups.
• Resolve inquiries and service issues with timely guidance.
• Support employer communications via calls, mailboxes, and channels.
• Coordinate file integrations and account setup for clients.
• Explain relevant policies and program information to employers.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to protect data and ensure compliance.
