Associated Bank is seeking a role to support employers with benefit administration, manage relationships, coordinate onboarding and integration activities, and resolve service issues. You will serve as a trusted resource for employers throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with clients, relationship teams, and internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The position offers opportunities to work closely with clients and teams while helping deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• 1+ years in account or relationship management.
• 3+ years in customer service.
• Life & Health Insurance License to be obtained within 3 months.
• HSAe and CFC Certification to be obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with employer clients and partners.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for new employer groups.
• Resolve employer inquiries and service issues with timely guidance.
• Support employer communications via calls and shared mailboxes.
• Coordinate file integrations and account setup.
• Interpret policies and program information for employer clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
