Job summary

HSA Bank, a division of Santander Bank N.A., seeks an experienced client relationship professional to manage employer accounts in the CDH/employee benefits space and drive retention and growth.

You will partner with employer contacts, deliver training, identify needs, and collaborate across teams while maintaining confidentiality in a highly collaborative virtual environment with camera participation. Travel is required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) or Employee Benefits.
• Employer benefits account experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy discussions with employer clients
• Deliver product training and adoption support
• Identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Gather client feedback and resolve service issues
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
• Drive process improvements and elevate issues when needed
• Track client engagement activities and measure outcomes
• Proactively and reactively manage client retention by addressing client concerns, resolving service issues, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions
