Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Health Benefits Business Development Officer to drive growth by building employer relationships focused on HSA and health benefit solutions. You will use a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects, partners, and clients to deliver meaningful solutions.

You’ll play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and leading RFP responses to win new opportunities while representing the bank at community events and industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to obtain required internal certifications within 6 months.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutions.
• Build and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teams.
• Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking services.
• Lead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunities.
• Represent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads.
