You will work with clients, relationship management teams, and internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience while upholding compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent combination.
• 1+ year in account/relationship management.
• 3+ years in customer service.
• Licenses required within 3 months of hire.
