You will champion cross-functional programs, define business outcomes, and drive execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in healthcare/payments
• Experience with external Payment Integrity Vendors
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication across levels

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly invoice/payment reconciliation and related metrics
• Advocates for change and drives innovative solutions aligning with CVS Health strategy
• Manages multiple complex projects from ideation to implementation
• Facilitates projects with cross-functional teams to achieve business results
• Participates in all program management phases: discovery to deployment
• Defines business requirements and ensures delivery aligns with stakeholder needs
• Proactively identify and mitigate issues/risks and escalate when needed
• Performs root cause analysis to address business challenges
• Advises on process improvements and alternative solutions
• Tracks progress and communicates next steps to all impacted parties
• Manages expectations and maintains clear status updates
• Develops and participates in presentations with business partners on capabilities and performance
