Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is seeking a Manager, HRIS & Talent Systems to lead HRIS governance and data integrity across platforms such as ADP and Lever. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and leadership to design scalable systems, automate processes, and improve reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive HRIS administration experience.
• Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Experience with HR data management, reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for HRIS and talent management systems.
• Lead ATS administration, staffing workflows, and candidate pipelines.
• Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Manage system implementations, testing, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy requirements.
