Apex Service Partners seeks a seasoned HR Information Systems Director to lead a scalable HR tech stack across Talent Acquisition, Development, Payroll, and Employee Services. You will collaborate with CIO and regional leaders to drive adoption, ensure data governance, and align HR systems with business goals.

The role requires deep SaaS HR software experience, vendor management, and a track record of delivering complex HR technology programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years with SaaS-based HR software in a rapidly growing middle-market company.
• Experience implementing or enhancing HR information systems in a consulting capacity.
• Functional HRIS experience across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Services, Benefits, Payroll, etc.
• Proven project delivery with on-time, on-budget results across multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee effectiveness and efficiency of HR software applications, including administration, training, adoption, and innovation.
• Provide SME guidance on the HR application stack with metrics-driven back-office operations.
• Build relationships with HR software vendor partners and client managers.
• Maintain a client-service mindset, ensuring reliable and scalable HR operations.
• Set priorities for HR applications aligned to business strategy and budgets.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leads to meet security goals for HR systems.
• Develop or refine an HRM&A playbook for acquisitions onto the HR tech stack.
• Stay current with the HR technology market and emerging technologies.
