Job summary

STF is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to ensure HR information systems meet the needs of a growing business.

You will serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and the HRIS team, promoting proactive use of HRIS to address business needs and improve understanding of HRMS capabilities. The role involves implementing and supporting ADP EV6/ADP eTime and UKG, managing data security, and driving data-driven HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Proven ability to work with confidential information and maintain security.
• Ability to teach others how to use various HRIS systems and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and report data to other departments.
• Create and maintain HRIS databases (ADP EV6, ADP eTime; UKG going live).
• Support implementation of new HRIS (UKG) and manage post-go-live activities.
• Handle employee data including productivity, attendance, and salary information.
• Ensure information systems security protocols are followed.
• Enter and recall employee data across systems.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
