Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams responsible for enterprise HR technology support and continuous improvement across platforms.
• Provide strategic direction for HR systems support, optimization, and initiatives.
• Establish prioritization and accountability across competing demands and projects.
• Oversee functionality of HR platforms (Infor HR Talent, WFM, iCIMS, iLearn) and other HR systems.
• Translate business needs into scalable workflows and tech-enabled solutions.
• Analyze workforce data with stakeholders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of HR reporting with data owners and partners.
• Lead root-cause analyses to improve processes and forecasting.
