Job summary

Mission North is seeking a strategic, systems-minded leader to own People technology, operations, AI, and employee experience within a vibrant agency. You will architect the People tech ecosystem, drive data-informed decisions, and partner with leaders across IT, Finance, Legal, and Talent to scale our HR capabilities.

You will own the roadmap for HRIS, ATS, performance, learning, and AI platforms, while optimizing workflows and governance.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of progressive experience across HR Business Partnership, People Operations, or related functions.
Experience with HR technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, engagement, or learning systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology roadmap including HRIS, ATS, performance, engagement, compensation, learning, and AI platforms.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered HR solutions to improve productivity and employee experience.
Serve as primary administrator for People systems with data quality, security, and governance.
Lead automation and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Develop executive dashboards and analytics for hiring, retention, and organizational health.
