Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes in Reston, VA is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Analyst to maintain Dayforce HRIS, develop reporting and dashboards, and turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will partner with Team & Culture and business units to ensure data integrity, support HR technology administration, and drive workforce planning and strategic initiatives.

The role pays between $85,000 and $95,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence people decisions

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience supporting HRIS, reporting, analytics, or related HR tech functions.
Experience with HR systems and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data management techniques.
Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics, and ability to learn new technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to summarize data for leadership.
Dayforce experience strongly preferred.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Omni.
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, APIs, data integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
Translate data into executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Design, administer, and analyze employee surveys and listening programs.
Support workforce planning and staffing analyses.
Maintain data integrity and governance for reliable reporting.
