Job summary

Everstand, a private nonprofit serving youth and families in the Mid-Atlantic, seeks a hybrid HRIS Manager to lead strategy, administration, and optimization of HR technology platforms. You will partner across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Quality Improvement to deliver compliant, user-friendly solutions.

You will oversee ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse ATS, HireRight, and ServiceNow HR workflows, drive automation, data governance, and system integrations while guiding vendors and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Admin, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible HRIS administration experience.
• Three (3) years managing enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise HR systems and HR technology integrations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR technology advisor to organizational leadership.
• Primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now and all HR technology platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Performance.
