Apex Service Partners is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems Director to lead and optimize our HR software architecture across TA, development, payroll, and employee services. You will collaborate with the CIO and regional leaders to balance local operations with scalable, enterprise-wide HR technology, driving adoption, data integrity, and strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years with SaaS-based HR software in a mid-market environment.
• Experience implementing or assessing HRIS platforms.
• Functional HR system experience across TA, development, payroll, benefits.
• Proven project delivery on-time and on-budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own the HR software applications, including admin and adoption.
• Provide SME on HR tech stack; be data-driven in back-office ops.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and enterprise teams for HR software needs.
• Lead HR software services to ensure scalable, reliable operations.
• Set priorities for HR applications aligned to business strategy and budgets.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity leadership on HR tech security.
• Support HR system integration during M&A activities.
