Job summary

Loenbro seeks an IT HRIS Senior Manager to lead HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development processes across the enterprise. The role focuses on standardizing HRIS processes, automation, and collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations. A strong background in HRIS and AI-driven solutions is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in HR operations, business process improvement, or IT HRIS.
• 5+ years leading HR-related technology or process transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP HRIS implementations (Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
• Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and IT/HR integration.

Responsibilities

• Assess current HRIS processes across corporate and field operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for standardization.
• Design, document, and roll out standardized HRIS processes enterprise-wide.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, Time Capture, Procurement, Operations, and IT to define future-state process and system requirements.
• Evaluate, recommend, and lead selection of new technology, software, and automation for HRIS.
• Define KPIs for existing processes and establish ongoing metrics and reporting.
