Whelen Engineering/GreenSource is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner III to act as the senior HR partner to GreenSource. This high-visibility role will shape workforce strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and guide organizational decisions to support growth.

As a trusted advisor, the HRBP will provide executive counsel, coach leaders, and manage employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, and organizational effectiveness, translating enterprise programs into practical

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive, business-facing HR experience, including an HR Business Partner or comparable role supporting senior leaders.
Strong executive presence, consulting capability, communication skills and business acumen.
Experience leading complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance and conduct issues, and coaching managers.

Responsabilités

Serve as the senior HR partner to GreenSource and strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team.
Provide candid, practical counsel and challenge assumptions to balance business priorities and risk.
Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, corrective action, and coaching across leaders.
