Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Oregon is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple locations. This on-site role partners with management to align people strategies with objectives and drive a positive workplace culture.

The Senior HRBP will lead a regional HR team, oversee employee relations and compliance, manage recruiting and onboarding, and travel between Dayton, Yamhill, and Sauvie Island as needed. Direct hire with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRBP/HR management or leadership.
• Experience coaching HR teams and leading regional HR efforts.
• Strong employee relations and investigations experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (ADP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders across multiple locations.
• Lead and develop a regional HR team with consistent service.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Partner with leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent application of HR policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop managers and strengthen culture.
