Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including partner or consultative roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development guidance.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership development.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Support DEI and employee engagement programs with COEs.
