Columbia Sportswear is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for our Rivergate Distribution Center in Portland. This onsite role partners with DC leadership to align HR programs with operational goals, driving performance, safety, and engaged employees across the lifecycle.

You will guide workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development while partnering with COEs to deliver comprehensive HR solutions and maintain a culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a business partner or consultative role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.

Responsabilités

• Partner with DC leadership to align HR strategies with distribution center goals and safety objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while balancing business needs and employee well-being.
• Collaborate with COEs and shared services to deliver integrated HR programs across talent acquisition, performance, DEI, and engagement.
