Truebeck Construction, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the Pacific Northwest from its Portland office.
This onsite role partners with the VP of HR and senior leaders to guide employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness while strengthening leadership capability across the region. You will help shape onboarding, engagement, change management, retention, and workforce planning with hands-on HR guidance and consistent policy
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of HR generalist experience; construction experience is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, social sciences, business, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of regional labor laws and leave programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation ability.
Responsabilités
- Lead and continuously improve the regional new hire experience.
- Partner with managers to design onboarding plans and evaluate onboarding effectiveness.
- Support employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with HQ and Recruiting.
- Drive workforce planning and organizational development regionally.
